What is wrong with my cat? He seems so hungry meowing for food and when I give the food to him he didn't want any. Yesterday I saw the litter in the litter box was in a pile so I went to take out the poop and their was no poop or urine. Could this be Feline Infectious Anemia?

I brush my cat's teeth every day but I saw a few days ago this little light brown spot that was on the gums. When I felt in felt a little hard.

It's possible but the symptoms described are not typical for this disease. I'd consider checking his teeth; and for an older cat (roughly, over 7 years) having his kidney function checked. Note that Bartonella (a bacterial disease not related to FIA) can manifest as inflammation in the mouth that mimics periodontal disease. If you see the cat trying to urinate but nothing comes out, take him to your vet right away.

Go to the vet. You can be describing signs that can point to many different things!!!
