I've been trying to find a lab coat for a while and its drivin me crazy. I know that JCPenny's sells medical scrubs but are there any other stores that sell lab coats. I need it for my class!!!!! I live in Alexandria, VA so please anybody help!!!!

Go to a pet store, and ask to borrow a labrador retriever's jacket! ;)
Seriously, though, considering that the Metro DC area is chock full of hospitals, I can't imagine that you'd have any trouble finding any type of medical dress, even if that's not your profession or intended use (hmmm . . . makes me wonder . . .!).
You could buy an oversized men's shirt!

A uniform store. Preferably a MEDICAL uniform store. Look up "Uniforms"in the Yellow Pages. I've seen those stores in the mall too. Good luck!! :)

You can get them online. Try Allheart scrubs and they will give you a ton of different brands and you can get a plain white one if that's what you are looking for.
