We don't know.
There are a lot of stories about Jesus, and the ones that the early Christian church thought were the best ones are collected in the Bible as the Gospels. None of the written accounts of Jesus' life can be reliably dated back to his own lifetime, and the consensus among Bible scholars is that even the oldest existing gospel (Mark) dates from at least 30-40 years after Jesus died. None of the gospels in the Bible mention anything about Jesus marrying anyone.
There are a lot of other gospels that didn't make it into the Bible and they are readily available under the title of Apocryphal Gospels (or Apocryphal New Testament). Not one of these, as far as I know, mentions that Jesus had a half sister, or that she was Mary Magdalene, or that he married her.
In general, although most historians agree that the Jesus spoken of in Christian literature was a real person, there is very little known for sure about what exactly he did and said. Much of what he's reported as having done and said bears a lot of evidence of having been added by the people who wrote the gospels, to support their claim that he was the true Messiah.
The life of Jesus is based almost entirely on tradition, and there is very little evidence of any tradition that Jesus' half-sister was Mary Magdalene, or that he married her. If he really had done so, there would be probably be more testimony to that effect. In short, the answer is: we don't know, but probably not.
BTW, in case you were thinking I'd been brainwashed by church propaganda, I'm an atheist.

Edited i'm in settlement with ritukiran16. there is not any reality, indication nor implication interior the purely valid source of historic data that the Jesus Christ of Nazareth defined contained in the Judeo/ Christian Bible married Mary Magdeline. That hypothesis it quite is in holding with nicely -known fiction and presented as reality isn't clinical; it truly is purely more desirable of the stupid reasonings devised to take advantage the gullible.

He never married anyone, and Mary Magdeline wasn't his sister...read the Bible. She was a prostitute, and no one would have anything to do with her, even the disciple sdidnt want to at first, but Jesus accepted everyone, and accepted her. She change her ways an became a follower of Christ.

according to da vinchi code:
mary magdeline was a sang real (royal blood, descended from kings) and married jesus. she was pregnant suring the time of the crucifixion.
being fair, the da vinchi code makes more sense than the bible.. but albeit both are fiction.

No He did not. Nor was she His half sister. No where in the Bible does it say that. All it says is out of her were cast 7 demons. It wasn't Jesus ' mission to marry. It was to save us.
No where does it say she was a prostitute either. That is Catholic man made crap.
