Yes you can but you need to file for an amendment on it to change your name and that will require you to send it to the passport office for them to stamp the name change amendment in it. You should do that as soon as possible. But if you need to use it right away, before sending it to the passport office, absolutely take with you a copy of your marriage certificate to prove your name was legally changed.
You can probably get the application for the name change from the US Passport Office web site (below) and then if you need expedited service mail it priority mail. The Passport office also has a process to speed receiving your passport back where you have to pay up front for the expedited service. But with their recent backlogs this service may do no good right now.

If you're traveling immediately, you'll need to bring along documentation of the name change. Otherwise, replace it.
You cannot have it amended; it needs to be replaced. Since September 26, 2005, Passport Services no longer amends currently valid passports. Instead, customers are issued replacement passports.

if you have changed your name, the passport should reflect your new name. if it was issued more than one year ago, you will need to get a new one. see this link for further information:

U still can use it. But its better for you to report about that in department of imigration in your country before u use it
