Price of the Car used by driving school?

Is it true that in toronto canada, price of a car which has been used by driving school people is less than the same other car (with all other parameters same). if yes how much is the difference. (e.g. honda civic priced 7000 $) thanks

I meant the resale value of a car used by driving school.

A driving school could receive a nominal discount for leasing a lot of Civics but not at half price.
