Severe concusion, (some people never recover from head injuries that don't outright kill them), skull fracture, internal bleeding, aneurysm, fractured neck, fractured back, broken collar bone, any number of ruptures in tissues, Death.
All very glamourous stuff.
Rule #1: Do not fall or jump from high places on head while drunk

Hi. Depending on what your falling head first on, it could be as damaging as a bruise to a fracture.
Falling on concrete, front, would most likely break your nose, chipping teeth, and possibly breaking your jaw.
Falling on concrete, back, would most likely break the occipital and/or parietal bone of your skull.
Hopefully you won't fall! =)

Broken neck, lacerations, contusions, concussion, and possible death, should you hit your head on something solid.
