6-7 days per week. Sometimes I will cook many meals on Sunday so I don't have to cook every night after work. It makes it easier and then I have a lot to choose from. I usually will make 4 nights worth of each food and then I can freeze it for later use. Works out great when there is a sale on meat.

I cook for my wife and family every time we have guests. This is predominately because I inevitably invite the guests around without consulting with my better half. This has led to the situation where my friends complain as their wives want to know why they do not cook at home. So now I am encouraged to teach my mates how to cook the meals I cook when they come round, plus I do not have to buy flowers when I mess up.

Rarely. I'm single, no roomies.
Not to mention, I spend all day cooking at work and school. Frozen meals from Trader Joe's are AWESOME.
I much prefer cooking at work. You have all KINDS of stuff at your disposal at work... 24 burners, deep fryers, convection ovens, grills... not to mention, all the different stuff that's kept on-hand.
Besides, when you cook at home, you're required to entertain someone. At a restauraunt, nobody wants to eat with the help. You have more time to do what you do, than if you have to run out of the kitchen and be sociable.
My friends cook in my kitchen more than I do... and that's ok with me.

On average, I cook 6-7 dinners and 2 brunches or lunches per week. Usually just for the two of us. My wife cooks her own breakfast on weekdays though!

I cook breakfast three or four times a week and make dinner every night unless I am sick or there is not enough time. I barely ever make lunch at home because I am never at home at lunch time.

If you count re-heating leftovers as cooking, then we cook at home virtually every day. We rarely go out to dinner.
