I am almost 14 years old, about 5,3 and 143 pounds. Do I look like I weigh that?? How much does it look like i weigh?? Am I fat? how fat?? whats the fattest part of my body?? what exercises should i do?? Pleaaaseeee tell me the truth... Your not fat at all. You have a cute shape and no way do you look like 143! Your at the age to tone though, like at the ywca, use the machines, rower, bike, stomach cruncher, pulleys. Because like madonna, or the singers their body is muscle toned. I think if you get a sport you'll be A+ where as now your A- because of a tummy, probobly from too much fast food, pizza icecream cheese cookies pop. Eat less fast food and babe your darn perfect! I think you should be proud!

You are not fat. I can tell that you're growing fast and my advice to you is to ensure that you eat in moderation and what you're eating is healthy. While you're growing at this rate, it's important to feed your body as healthily as possible so that the weight you add will be muscle weight instead of fat. Also, exercise for 30 minutes per day at least 3 days per week so that you stay trim. Take care!

You are NOT fat sweety ,but you could start working out to eliminate some weight in your mid-drift. Cut down on processed flour and sugar intake. You should have no problem. You are a beautiful person.

Well.........no not particulary but it's just your calves that look a little big. I'm 13 and 5'2 and 135 pounds and I don't look fat so your good at your weight especially since your 14 and 5'3.

No absolutely not. You look a healthy weight. Dancing is an excellent fun form of exercise which will keep you toned.

no u dont look fat, if u are self conscious, run arround the block 2 time every day , its a way to stay slim and get good excersise

it looks like you have big thighs and a pudgy stomach. for your age the max weight is 133 pounds. but i wouldnt suggest losing any weight YET wait 5 more years and see if your still overweight

You look quite toned to me. You don't look overweight or fat, you look about 130lb.

What part of your body don't you like?

the picture makes you look like you have a little tummy.
Other than that you do not look fat.
