The Book of Acts describes it pretty well. Jesus said something more like "why do you persecute me?" Paul didn't see anymore until he was converted and taught the Gospel.

As salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.
Insha'Allah, yes I would!
It would be very interesting to see Paul ( or Saul, actually ) explain to the Prophet Essa (salaahu aliahi wasalaam) where he got the idea that he was the literal "son of YHWH". I imagine that Essa (saw) would explain to Saul that to a devout Jew, such a profession would be blaspheme and that Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, is One, without associates, partners or children (ash hadu an laa ilaha ill-Allaah, wahdau la sharika lah!)
Insha'Allah, on the Last Day or Day of Judgement, we may get to see just that!
Ma'a salaam, Eid Mubarak!

The words Paul spoke are Jesus speaking them through Paul.
The only reason people hate Paul is because God used Paul to confirm that salvation is only by grace through faith without any works.

Sure, I would like to see a meeting like that!
I will see both of them someday, though.
And, no, Jesus will not tell him that, He will say:
"Well done, good and faithfull servant"
