There probably are some descendants since the Bible talks about the brothers and sisters of Jesus, but since no records exist it would be impossible to pinpoint them going that far back, even with DNA testing.

(No offense, Scruffy, but where did you come up with that idea? It is an oral tradition without any provable source, so I am going by the Bible rather than something someone made up. The early Catholic church started teaching that Joseph was an old man, because it would be easier for people to accept that an old man would give up his sexual relationship than for a young man. Otherwise there is no basis for it.)

Mary and Joeseph had no children. Joseph is Jesus' stepfather. The other "brothers and sisters" of Jesus were Joseph's from a previous marriage, from which he was widowed.

Popular conception is of Joseph as a young man. He was not, he was quite a bit older than Mary.

You mean like James and Jude. Eusebius notes that the early Christians reckoned them to be blood kin with Jesus, and they are called "brothers of the Lord" in the New Testament.

Mark has a geneology tracing down to both Joseph and Mary but there's not geneological records (off spring, brothers, sisters, & cousins) of their childreen to my knowledge.

There are none from Mary except Jesus. Mary and Joseph had no children together.
