I know a lot of people dont like this but i personally want a lip ring problem is though. Wile back my sister wanted to get one and she kept begging our mom to let her get one and she would not give in. I need some good reasons to tell her to let me get one if you could help me out with giving me some i would really appretiate it. Thanks :)

First of all,how old are you? You have to be at least 16 to get a lip piercing,with a parents consent and even some places won't do it then. I just got a vertical labret yesterday. I'm lucky because most parents would never let their kids do that,but my mom had only mild issues with it. You can talk this over with your mom by telling her you'll do chores. That worked for me. It costs around 40 bucks so go make the money. She'll see that you're responsible. My mom hated it that i was going to get this,she very well could have stopped me...but she didn't. After I got it done she liked it. So your mom very well just could be stuck on the metal in your lip part..and how bad that would look...when it's not really all that bad at all. Good luck!

Sorry Cameron, but there are no good reasons to get a lip ring. While there might be one person who has one that you admire, that person will eventually grow up and realize the mistake that they made when they take it out and have a hole in their lip....eeeyyyoooww!
Then, you turn 21, 31, then finally 51....how do you look at age 51 with a lip ring or even the hole that used to hold a lip ring.
C'mon dude. Be smart, don't do this.
