At 12 I don't think it matters if you weigh a bit more than average for your size, because you are likely going through puberty, and you will grow and change. It is hard to say based on just numbers if you are overweight. Go to google and search "BMI index". you enter your height and weight and it tells you if you are in a healthy range, and what the average weight is for your height. make sure there is one that takes into account your age.

Whether you are overweight is not a function of height/weight, but your percentage of body fat. Kids your age tend to be a bit heavier than later because of approaching puberty.

If you want to lower your body fat a bit, try doing at lease 30 minutes of exercise a day, five days a week. This will shift the muscle to fat ratio.

you may not generalize this to an entire inhabitants. some will actually choose the reality. Others will in basic terms SAY they choose the reality while in actuality they choose you to tell them what they decide to pay attention. it relatively is precisely WHY i will under no circumstances submit my image at right here and ask if human beings think of i'm handsome! lol
