2. god was concieved in mans mind to explain things that he could not explain himself
3. the bible uses phrases that can be interpreted in several different ways giving the illusion of a specific meaning, and causing people to believe that it fortells prophecies, like how a fake psychic seems to tell your fortune, but you dont realize its a scam
4. many others like nostradamus and confucious have fortold things that have happened, 9/11, ww2, american revolution, and the people who wrote the bible told to warn of false prophets who would foretell things that came true so that the bible itself would seem to be foretelling future events, i.e. the inevitable coming of new prophets
5. hell was concieved as an alternative to heaven where great torment and suffering would take place, in order to frighten people into accepting christianity so they wouldnt endure it

Hell is permanent separation from God - basically you getting what you ask for when you reject Him.
The Bible can be corroborated by several outside sources and talks about actual places, people and things in very specific detail.
Nostradamus, etc were the ones whose verbiage was vague - the Bible is very specific in what it says.

1. the 10 commandments were made to try and keep the morality of society in high regard
No. Though it may have that affect on society, it was given to make a covenant with the Hebrews, and in the long run, be a reason for people to repent. Those who are honest with themselves will know that they fail to keep the Ten Commandments. That's why Christ in necessary. He did fulfill the Ten Commandments, and if we trust Jesus, we are counted by God as accomplishing the Law that Jesus fulfilled.
2. god was concieved in mans mind to explain things that he could not explain himself
That is true for some men. They make God into a person they can approve of. But God is making man into men that He can approve of. It's the other way around. Those who say that they do not agree with the God of the Bible, are making god into a god they can understand. They do not therefore really love God, but only the god they create.
3. the bible uses phrases that can be interpreted in several different ways giving the illusion of a specific meaning, and causing people to believe that it fortells prophecies, like how a fake psychic seems to tell your fortune, but you dont realize its a scam
You might feel that way. I do not. Prophecy was written before the event. Anyone can say, "No it wasn't" but Archeology is evidence against them.
4. many others like nostradamus and confucious have fortold things that have happened, 9/11, ww2, american revolution, and the people who wrote the bible told to warn of false prophets who would foretell things that came true so that the bible itself would seem to be foretelling future events, i.e. the inevitable coming of new prophets
That's nice to know.
5. hell was concieved as an alternative to heaven where great torment and suffering would take place, in order to frighten people into accepting christianity so they wouldnt endure it
That's possible. But that's not what Jesus said about it. Being 'condemned' meant something else than what you are saying, to those who were there to hear Him.

No, it's not.
1. The 10 commandments were given to show us that we are all guilty of breaking God's law.
2. Atheism was conceived in man's mind to avoid accepting things he doesn't want to believe are true.
3. The Bible's prophesies are as specific as specific gets. There were about 300-400 unique prophecies for the Messiah alone. There is no missing a Bible prophecy unless you desperately don't want to believe it.
4. All others are vague and less than 100% accurate. That is how we determine a false prophet from a true one.
5. Hell is the total absence of God. You choose it by keeping him away.
Edit: Of course my answer is dependent upon my belief. So is your question. ;)
I maintain that atheism is a new concept.

To put a finer point on it:
1. The Ten Commandments were the Jewish edition of several attempts to establish some basic rules for social conduct.
2. The idea of "gods" not only explained the mysteries of life, they were also able to control them, giving man hope to avoid chaos and catastrophy.
3. The prophecies in the Bible were somewhat coded but easily understood by their original audiences. The fact that they weren't written down until during or after the fulfilment of said prophecies made it easy for the redactors to fine tune them.
4. The biblical warning about false prophets was a common sense precaution against the predictable phenomenon of "interpretation" of ambiguous text to current circumstances. The Nostradamus style, often imitated, was to post-predict the past and add on vague symbols to enhace the believability of one's "powers".
5. Hell clearly was invented to frighten true evildoers into repentance and reform. Unfortunately, it was soon co-opted and turned into a punishment for unbelievers.

1. The ten commandments demonstrated Israel's inability to measure up to a mostly moral code. They were constantly violating it. The reason given is related to their faithlessness.
2. The Bible made specific, detailed and time sensitive prophesies regarding the Messiah/Christ that were fulfilled exactly and on time.
3. The Bible uses language that can easily be misunderstood by those who are careless with the scriptures; they are stumbling blocks to confuse the foolish. The wise are more careful and thorough in their studies.
4. Distractions used to try and disparage the Bible.
5. Hell was capitalized on by religious frauds in order to generate fear and phobia in people in order to control and dominate them. However, hell is spoken of in Scripture as a reality so no one can say "I didn't know" later when it happens to them. No one will have an excuse. This knowledge and information is there for anyone to read and understand if they are but willing to study into it carefully and thoughtfully.

That's a lot to swallow my dear.
You speak as if from pre-historic times there was an evil force designing Christianity for the sole purpose of confusing and misleading folks. Is this really true?
Is the force that invented God and the Ten Commandments and the prophets the same that invented Christianity, and hell, and the American Revolution, and 911...etc, etc, etc?
Some of you folks here are either super intelligent or very crazy.
