by train or which is the best way to get there by bus.Please tell me.i'm around Penn station and i want to go tomorrow morning.

Your best bet is to go by bus. They have 'em all day long. Otherwise, you'd have to PATH to Hoboken, then NJ Transit to Harriman, and then cab it to the Commons.

Go to penn station and catch NJ Transit...Here is the weekend schedule
Weekdays (except major holidays): Trains depart Penn Station New York at 8:18 AM, 9:37 AM, and 1:03 PM. Transfer to trains departing Secaucus for Harriman Station at 8:35 AM, 9:57 AM, and 1:20 PM; arriving at 9:33 AM, 11:08 AM, and 2:18 PM.
