Why does it rely? It would not substitute something. there is not any "information." only particularly some words. Mary Magdalene replaced into married. yet to not Jesus. She lived out her existence in a hermit's cave and there is now a great basilica there, the place her maintains to be relax. good judgment has not something to do with it. The Gnostic writings make no experience. The "Gospel of Thomas" claims Jesus replaced into going to coach Mary Magdalene right into a many so she ought to pass to heaven. because of the fact in accordance to that "gospel" in common terms adult adult males get to heaven.

If Mary Magdalene was married to Jesus, why was she far off from the cross? The following verses state so:

Matthew 27:55-56 – “And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto Him: Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedee’s children."

Mark 15:40-41 – "There were also women looking on afar off: among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; (Who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women which came up with him unto Jerusalem."

Luke 23:49 – "And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things."

Except for this verse when Jesus was about to expire:

John 19:25-27 – “Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.”

If Mary Magdalene was the wife of Jesus, why was she far off from the cross and was an onlooker? Isn’t it that usually, the close relatives of the dead are near the coffin and others are watching from afar? Why was Mary, the mother of Jesus, entrusted to the apostle He loved (a male person) (John 19:27 – the disciple took her into his own home) and not to Mary Magdalene? Jesus did not entrust His mother even to His supposed brothers and sisters mentioned in Mark 6:3 and Matthew 13:55-56.

Even when Mary Magdalene saw Jesus in the tomb, she called out “Rabboni” which means Master (John 20:16). If she was His wife, she could have called Him “My Lord” just like the way Sarah called her husband Abraham (Genesis 18:12).

Jesus and Mary Magdalene, therefore, were never married and would never have any children.

"And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name." (John 20:30-1)

Whether Jesus was married or not has nothing to do with our personal salvation and therefore is not authoritatively covered in the text.

Scholar Sidney B. Sperry noted:
"[W]e know that it was the custom among the Jews for their young men to marry at an early age, generally between the years of sixteen and eighteen. And secondly, it is well known that the Jews considered marriage to be a religious obligation." (Paul's Life and Letters, p.9)

According to Jewish sources:
"Marriage is vitally important in Judaism. Refraining from marriage is not considered holy, as it is in some other religions. On the contrary, it is considered unnatural. The Talmud says that an unmarried man is constantly thinking of sin. The Talmud tells of a rabbi who was introduced to a young unmarried rabbi. The older rabbi told the younger one not to come into his presence again until he was married........The Talmud recommends that a man marry at age 18, or somewhere between 16 and 24." (Judaism 101, http://www.jewfaq.org/index.htm)

The Bible teaches that the enemies of Christ spent their time:
"Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him" (Luke 11:54).

...would they not have simply been able to say:
"Jesus, you are many years past the age of marriage. As an unmarried man, you are always thinking of sin. Leave and do not assume to teach the truths of God until you have obtained proper marriage."

Why didn't the Jewish Elders just abruptly dismiss him for this oversight? Perhaps it was well known that he kept the marriage commandment of his Father as he had kept all other commandments?

The only biblical evidence that Jesus was married to Myriam de Magdalene is found in the Gospel of Philip.

There Myriam is described as Jesus' companion, and their physical relationship may have envolved kissing upon the [gap] (assumed to be mouth). The gap exists because previously lost texts discovered in Nag Hammadi (known as the Nag Hammadi library) were damaged over the centuries before modern discovery in 1945. The Nag Hammadi library is now kept in Alexandria, Egypt.

The Gospel of Philip is part of the canon of the Gnostic Christians who were suppressed into extinction during the 2-3rd centuries AD (by the proto-orthodox Roman empire).

Gospel of Philip excerpts.

There were three who always walked with the Lord: Mary, his mother, and her sister, and Magdalene, the one who was called his companion. His sister and his mother and his companion were each a Mary.

And the companion of the Saviour is Mary Magdalene. Jesus loved her more than all the disciples, and used to kiss her often on her [mouth]. The rest of the disciples [envied]. They said to him "Why do you love her more than all of us?" The Savior answered and said to them,"Why do I not love you like her? When a blind man and one who sees are both together in darkness, they are no different from one another. When the light comes, then he who sees will see the light, and he who is blind will remain in darkness."

[ ] show were words are not certain or only partially left in the original text

It was common in first century Aramaic to refer to one's wife as companion, and these words were used interchangeably. Orthodox chruch contends that the gnostic gospels are false, a claim they have no direct proof of, other than the scholorly assumption that the texts were written in the 2nd century.

Nobody knows if he was married, or had children. I believe he was married with no children. I think there is evidence that he was married in the Bible, but no evidence of Children.

Assumptions presented as fact in "question".

Question is completely flawed logically and is heavily biased statistically.
