Because nature is just randomness apllied to many interelated aspects of our environment, faith is our way of pretending that the world is fair, it is not, the world is indifferent to us.

Nature and faith are two different things, not competing with each other. Man is either enhancing or slowing down some of the Natures processes. So the Nature is going to react by the action-reaction law of physics. Excess energy at some regions of Earth tries to equalize by transfer to some other regions. Hurricanes, earthquakes and tsunamis are the effects of that process. Winning or losing does not apply

i think of you're easily precise that elementary desires are a could desire to to lessen conflict. and then, despite if desires are met, it style of feels that concern is the catalyst for conflict whilst the absence of shock encourages introspection. Many here on YA are patently anxious as could be considered via aggressive or only uncooked care-much less anonymity. the tricky guy everywhere is only only regrettably petrified of the unknown or the “different”. A terrified individual will do the worst issues. I bear in mind a 'sketch' of folk sitting at a dinner table. they had to feed one yet another because of the fact the forks they held, at approximately 4 ft long, have been too long to be waiting to feed themselves. there grow to be no caption however the message grow to be obtrusive that it takes compassion and cooperation to get alongside. the basics are community property. Gated communities (or countries) are no longer the answer to this actual undertaking. I experience that there'll continually be war for hence long as human beings think of they're rather no longer their very own neighbor. via that, I mean the concept that separateness, distinction, different and not-me is the muse of the map of our lives. no longer something ought to be much less authentic. all of us comprehend that the map isn't the territory. that's our being open to how deeply we are the comparable that opens the guts, and the way, while one suffers, all of us go through because of the fact the timeless being that informs peace. If we've been all as separate as maximum think of, we could no longer talk on any point in any respect. because of the fact no longer understanding that this elementary necessity of life is the muse of shock, then how might we suited comprehend verbal substitute? How frequently might we detect people who oppose to be the enemy? What might we are saying next? that's going to, i think of take a a techniques better style of understanding. There are some warning signs that we are rather headed in that course. i'm rather hopeful.

God (faith) was invented by humans. It is not real. AKA; a cop out. There is so much suffering in the world; past, present, and future. Why would God let it happen? People shouldn't look up to God if he just lets this happen. It is so easy to say God works in mysterious ways when a tragedy occurs. Also it is real annoying to hear people contribute small personal victories to an act of god. Such as homeruns, music awards, and getting a raise. That's just lame.

Asking the faithful to measure their faith in wins and losses is like asking a French judge who won the Olympic figure skating competition. It's seldom rational, and rarely does the best skater win.

God and not Richard Dawkins, set the laws of the Universe in motion. Just as he set the tides to come in and go out, he set the Heavens in motion. The laws have to stay in motion as long as the world exists. All things are in order in God's world. Natural disasters are just part of the way things work...Jesus himself said, "In this life you will have trials"...just as the poor will always be among us...but in the new world, we will have perfection. Don't look for perfection now. If you are praying in the will of God, he will hear you. But to pray for a Hurricane to go back out to sea?,,,ain't gonna happen....the world is in motion and will stay that way until Jesus returns.

Because faith is irrational. It is belief in the absence of evidence, or even in the face of evidence to the contrary. We wouldn't accept that standard in any other area of our lives, so why should we accept it in cosmology?
