I went out with this wonderful guy 2 years ago and then we got seperated through school and then now we are in the same classes together, and I don't know if I should ask him out of if I should wait for him? I'm scared if I don't do it he will be too shy to ask me out. I also read this great quote lately "YOU never lose by loving, but you always lose by holding back" so I told myself that I would ask him out today but we were never alone, so I couldn't ask him out. Why is it so hard to ask him out and how should I do it? HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just go ask.. "It's been a long time, would you like to go_________________?"
or
"It's been a long time, could we go somewhere and talk?"
