Well, that is probably just a rumor. But I know that kids do sell joints inside of ball point pens....and they said that heroin is being shipped in lollipops(suckers). So, that's probably where someone got candy bar from!

Yes. I've been seeing it on the news. There's marijuana in them. And they're packaged to look like regular name brands, but with like, one letter off. I think they caught the company that was making them.
