Pinch Your Arm With Your Nails. It Hurts For Like A Second. A Pin Prick. I've Had 4 Teeth Out So I Had Anesthetic. The Shock Of It Scares You More Than The Actaully Pain ( Which There Isn't Much Of Anyway ). About 1 Shot For Each Side Of Your Mouth.

They will run a numbing cream on your gum first so you don't fill the needle go in and then you'll feel a slight stinging sensations and a bit of pressure that lasts about 10 seconds. They inject in pretty slowly so it doesn't hurt.

I always clamp my eyes shut 'cause I cant bare to look at needes.

Last time I got 3 shots. One next too the tooth, one in the roof of my mouth, and the last between my lip and gums. I think they hurt!!
Take a fork and press it on your gums or on the roof of your mouth, that's kind of what it feels like it until it goes numb, which takes about 10-15 seconds.

When you are done you will swear that your lips are SO FAT, but don't worry. They look completely normal, but they feel crazy swollen. That feeling lasts until the medicine wears off, which takes 2-3 hours, depending on how much they give you.

ohh dude its just a pinch nothing big. if u have to get one just relax it will be fine!!!usually they only give one shot and its called novacaine. If u r getting teeth pulled, root canals, sometimes even fillings. And the next time u go to the dentist ask them if its alright if u can see the novacaine but if u do be sure not to freak when u see it!

It felt like somebody had jammed an ice pick into my brain and then starting twisting it and rocking it back and forth.
I almost passed out then vomited.

just kidding - little pinch, you will probably wince and make a funny face but you will live.

It feels like a small pinch... It's honestly not painful at all... and that small little pinch is way worth it, becuase after the first one, you dont feel anymore, or the work they are performing! :) Good Luck!
