that's how they are, they act all cute & helpless, then once you get them home, they tear up your house & stink it all up! and they run around the neighborhood & don't come when you call. (like kids) you're in big trouble. it's called cat trouble.
get a dog instead. woof.

My cats play litter box party at like three o'clock in the morning, the throw all of the litter out of the box. It is also annoying, I think you need to spend more time with your cat and buy some toys.

An annoying cat can have several causes.
Can you be more specific?
Any behavioral changes are not just to be annoying, there's usually a reason. Something has it bothered or it could be getting sick.

Maybe your cat just wants ore attention. My cat use to come in front of my when i was on the computer and start meowing, Then i started Paying more attention to him and now he's back to normal.

Play with it more so that it will be more tired. Spend more time with it. Give it more toys to play with (small furry mice or balls with bells in them) so it doesn't freak out all the time...
