getting annoyed with Video_ts?

ok so ive been trying to burn movies i have downloaded but i keep seaching for the answer to my problems and this is the one thats frustrating me the most! i look on answers for the answers im looking for but nothing helps! all im wondering is how do i make/get this file!

Last I checked, VIDEO_TS is a DIRECTORY on a DVD

So it's not a file you download, which means your question doesn't make any sense.

Perhaps, you need to provide more details to your question, as so far, all you did was specify the things that did not work, without describing an actual problem other than "does not work".
