Lots of pasta, bread and potatoes - it's all in the carbs, a banana every day helps too.
Ensure plus protein drinks - 1 a day or else you'll get the runs.

Best way is to either:

1) Lift a lot and drink(shakes)/eat a lot of protein to gain muscle
(muscle weighs the most, smartest way, and it looks good)

or

2) Eat a lot of carbs and don't worry about what else. You will gain weight, but most likely fat.

work out to bulk up (use kreateen [sp?] to help the muscle become permanent) and eat many meals a day of protein and such and also drink about three shakes made with weight gainer from GMC or wherever. my boyfriend did it doing that exact thing, so its totally do-able.

basically consume as much as you like of in spite of you like. do no longer stuff your self however, that may no longer healthful and would make you ill. basically consume a sprint better than commonplace and don't concern how plenty fat is interior the product.

eat bananas or plantains,ice cream, food with lots of butter.I only have to sniff these and i get fat!!!So give it a try.
