Not for all people. Some people believe they have fallen in love with someone as soon as they've laid eyes on them (I am one of those). I think some people fall in love easy, some don't.
What takes a lot is the daily act of loving someone; i.e. putting their needs before yours, having patience and understanding, etc. I think that is probably harder for most people than "falling" in love.

It doesn't take a lot to fall in love with someone if you really like that person. However, it takes a lot to get over love.

It doesn't take a lot to fall in love at all, it will usually hit you when you least expect it and you may not even see it coming!!

i dont think it takes alot to fall in love with someone sometimes it just happens, but trying to make yourself fall in love with someone is just stupid

No. That's why you fall in love with them. Because they are themselves and you are yourself and we both can't get enough. Therefore it is easy.
