Microsoft has never had a lottery for users of it's programs.

It's a scam....Don't send money and don't cash any checks sent to you.....

properly, whilst somebody asks you for money or very own data so which you would be able to collect your "prize", you will understand that it is not. fake "winnings" is between the main elementary scams on the information superhighway presently.
