I sent a letter and at the same time sent a card to the same place; they recieved the card, but not the letter. I was wondering if there was a way for USPS to track the letter even though there was no tracking number on it?

There is no way to track a letter unless you sent it registered. The chances are the letter and card got separated, and the letter will be delivered eventually. It happens all the time.

If the letter is truly lost in the mail, you'll never know where it ended up.

There is no way to track it. It's probably stuck in a mail tub somewhere and eventually will be found by one of the workers. It'll show up in time.

Nope. That's why if things are important I don't use the USPS unless I use a tracking number. Sorry for your loss! : (

No, you are not supposed to use UPS for important things like that. Your supposed to use DHL or a company with a traking system.
