A magnesium deficiency could possibly cause a stroke but most likely a stroke would be caused by other causes such as smoking, high blood pressure, overweight and others.

Are you talking about magnetism? If so, there is not a single scientific study that shows magnetism can cause, prevent, or cure a stroke. None that I have ever seen. Magnets are not used in a real medical setting for trying to help people. Mostly scammers try to pull the old "magnets cure stuff" ploy.
