hi, i need to know if i want to make a face cream, that can be sold over the counter in a pharmacy, and claim it's anti-aging, or anti-wrinkles, do i NEED to get it FDA approved?? when MUST you get FDA approval? thanks SO much for any help!!

It'll only need FDA approval if it has an active medicinal agent in the cream. Most of the anti-aging creams don't work any better than regular mosturizer.

of course you need FDA approval,

you make a creme using CAS ingredients and sell it, but to claim any medical usage it must bee proven and aproved by the FDA
