Because God wants us to choose Him and His ways because of who He is, not because of what He can give. He wants us to recognize his superiority and respond to that, not to what we can get. Prosperity preachers crack me up too..... actually that's putting it a little lightly.... good question!

God does not show partiality to anyone. We all are equal in Gods eyes. Romans 3:10
Not one is good no not even one
God made it possible to have salvation through His son. Ephesians 2:8 tells us that by grace you have been saved through faith this is not of yourself its a gift from God.
and John 3:17 tells us that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so the whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
also God is not a ways or means to get rich, You don't serve God to become wealthy. You love God because He first loved us.

Because it is not the rain on this earth that we need to concern ourselves with. In eternity it will only rain on the unjust.

Earthly rain has nothing to do with anything. The rain is often described as the blessings that God gives to those who follow him.

its kinda offensive when you group every idea about things beyond this world as a religion. you seem to be beating around the bush and telling christians they suck. thats cool and all, but dont group others in with that cult.

The one true religion, Christianity, it to tell people how to avoid going to Hell.
As for all other religions, who cares what they are for? Their practitioners are all going to Hell anyway.
