it was 50 crores not 5 crores as mentioned by some one. it's a big case. But at the end of the day the Gen will be left scot free. And another will soon follow suit. that's our honourable judiciary.

yea it's true but they're NOT us military personal...
Major General Anand Kumar Kapoor and his wife. The couple has been accused of amassing nearly Rs.5 crore. The CBI, which had been following the case over a period of time, filed an FIR in a local court in New Delhi against Major General Kapoor and his wife.
Ahead of his posting in Jaipur, Major General Kapoor was posted at the Army Ordnance Corps at the Army headquarters in New Delhi. (ANI)
