Even if you get approved on line, it takes 10-working days to get the cards.
You might try Capital One, I believe they have a express delivery option if you are approved.

It's most likely not enough time. You might be able to get it done with a large fee but it's doubtful. If you're really in a bind, there is another option. There are cash advance stores that will lend you money. All you need to do is prove that you have a job, usually by showing them your last pay stub. Most cap the loan @$500, charge hefty interest and require repayment within two weeks, so only do this if you really need to, but it's really simple. It can become a cycle because you might have to borrow more from them in order to pay them back. Good luck.

The very fastest way to get a credit card is to get a pre-paid one. You can go to a store that sells them, pre-load it with the amount of money you wish, and you can walk out the door with it. (To pre-load the card with $100 worth of credit or whatever amount you need, you pay the card issuer the $100 first. Once you have used the card to buy $100 of merchandise or services, the card can no longer be used, until that time you pre-load it again.)
If you have excellent credit, you can contact the major bankcard issuers, fill out the application on-line or over the phone and ask them to send it to you overnight. If you are a good customer, or one they think will do a great deal of business, they will do this.

Next Wednesday? It is almost impossible to RECEIVED it by next Wednesday. Even if you have awesome credit score and very good income. It take at least 7 ti 14 business days for them to mail it to you. But if you have awesome score and income, give it a try. Call your local bank and see if they have those urgent service (like next business day) to send you one after your application for credit card get approve. I hope your bank is one of those banks that only takes 45 seconds to approve your credit. Then you might have a chance to received it by next Wednesday.

Slim to no chance of getting one by Wednesday. It takes credit companies a few days to check applications and imprint the cards.

Probably won't happen. Credit card companies will take time in order for processing.
