i think the point of your question is" in what occupation is it considered beneficial to drink milk?" the answer to that would be,
welder
demolition man
dry liner
plasterer
or any other that involves a lot of dust.
but to paraphrase a lot of other 'answerer's',
we all benefit from the consumption of dairy products (except the lactose intolerant) because it supplies us with protein and calcium amongst other things.

There isn't a certain job that people should drink milk for--unless you are a quality-assurance tester for a milk company.
The only people who NEED to drink milk are babies. There are lots of non-milk based foods that are high in calcium.
