I was looking on the web and found a site that shows some evidence, like that navajos look about the same and language wise too, here look for yourself.

www.lapahie.com/Timeline.cfm

Are we Navajos actually from Filipinos? Do you think we are Filipino, at least part?

The Ancestors of current Native Americans are related to the Ancestors of current Asians/Polynesians/Filipinos/ etc. There have been thousands of years where their descendants have moved and intermarried with other DNA groups.

No. However, when I was a small lad, I looked through a lot of my Mom's books (enclyclopedias, Book of Knowledge, etc) and one picture that caught my eye was a fluvial float (a parade on a river) and I told my Mom that those people (Filipinos) looked like Indians. (That is what I tell my wife; she is a Filipina.)
Ancient peoples moved around a lot; they really do not know who moved where or when.
I do know that the Navajo language is rather distinctive; the Filipino languages (my wife speaks 5 of them) are based on Malay, with additions from Chinese, Spanish and English and Arabic.
To provide an answer to your question, I will say there is a lot of similarities. Have a DNA test done (I used www.familytreedna.com) and join the National Geographics Genotype program. By doing those 2 things, you will provide evidence, one way or another.

The Navajo and the Apache have more commonality with linguisitic stock and ancestry than being connected to Filipinos.

You are more Apache than Filipino.
