I was in an automobile accident.Somrthing sounded like it snapped in half in my brain.The doctor said that a block of calcium caused from arthritis,located in my cervical neck area broke.Now when I turn my head left or right I hear a crunching sound.Can anything be done about this and will it cause irrepairable damage?

There's nothing you can do about it on your own, but it can and probably should be treated if it is causing problems. The calcium will eventually dissolve on its own, but continued presence of the calcium will eventually lead to arthritis in the joints if it causing the bones to grind together. A shot of cortisone may be all that's needed, or maybe ultrasound to break up the calcium.
