Is there somewhere I can get something like the common words or something that helps me learn on my Windows 95 Laptop that only takes floppy disks and it has no internet i wanna save it to one and just learn at home instead of havin to come to the library so much?

One can tell you picked up the easiest language!
Try a book like "Easy japanese in 3 months" and carry on the good work!

In addition to what 006 said, I'd like to suggest you start out with taken classes in german and spanish as these would be easier to learn.
