Naive is someone that has a child like innocence. If you think a child can not be bad, you haven't experienced a determined 2 year old.
Naive is more of a take things at face value and react. Someone that can't see subtle nuances. I think we all have periods of naivity at times. It is those that don't grow out of their own environment and don't opt to experience things that tend to stay more naive. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I am too curious and would rather know as much as I can.

The word naive means child-like, showing unaffected simplicity and lack of guile or worldly experience .
t doesn't mean the person doesn't do bad things. Its nothing to do with your behaviour. A naive person can still behave in any way they like.

Once more in English?
Naive means without knowing.
In US law, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. It can be a mitigating circumstance (lower the sentence but not let the person off scott free).
When someone kills someone else it is murder.
When someone accidentally kills someone else because they were breaking a law or doing something unsafe it is manslaughter.
When a child (or mentally incompetent) kills someone they may be found mentally unfit to stand trial as an adult. In such cases they are often sent for re-habitation instead of to jail.

In come cases but not all. Sometimes naivety can be those who show an unaffected simplicity of nature. However there are those who are naive and give into temptation because of their naivety and they still don't learn and remain naive. One symptom of naivety I believe is being gullible and I can say for certain my friend is one of them and I wouldn't quite call her innocent.

A naive person is one who has been sheltered from the harsher aspects of life and therefore has a rosier outlook on things.
Unswaddle them and they lose their naivete' in a hurry.

to me, naive means one that hasn't been exposed to experience, and therefore lacks knowledge of that experience.
