Someone somewhere in the world will think you are 'sinning' for doing these things but if you arent religious then it shouldnt bother you. I personally believe as long as I am not hurting anyone by my choices then its really no-one elses but mine

HAH! I will match your Friday philosophy with a friday answer.
first question's answer : without religion rules governing you are in my opinion one of three, personal, how you were raised by your parents, and the laws of your country, town, house, etc. For you to be a sinner from eating pork you would have to have violated one of the rules governing you. That would be from your perspective, from an outsider's perception it would depend on what rules that are governing them, For example if God decided that eating pork was a sin (yeah right he put the animal on earth and made it taste good) then it would be a sin.
similar answer to your second question
if you dont have a religion you are only sinning if you break rules other people set out for you or rules you have set for yourself
If you were Chinese and you were from China and you were planning to return to China you would be a lawbreaker, If you were American and were just pondering this after you had twins it depends on if they were identical or fraternal lol

Rom 5:12 ¶ Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Rom 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
In other words, we aren't sinners because we sin; we sin because we are, by nature, sinners. The evidence that you are a sinner is the fact that you will die.

Laws and sins are seperate entities. I can tell that you are not being sarcastic or humorous about this, or I would not answer.
We are all sinners! All of us! You are not alone, though we try not to sin, we are only human and so we are vulnerable to sin everyday.
If you don't believe in any religion, that doesn't exclude you, nor pardon you from sin. You are going to sin today and everyday, regardless. If you do not beleive that God will forgive your sins, then you are a sinner without an opportunity to be cleansed of those sins, hence no opportunity to be saved from perish in ....you know where.
John 3:16
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life

Good question!
No.
But that you are aware of this puts MORE responsibility on you. You have to have moral guidelines or you wont know which way to go.
Those morals can come from religeon, societal standards or your own logical conclusions.
I prefer the last one. If it isn't real, I don't want it in my life.
And if you are having trouble with reality, stick yourself with a straight pin and tell me what you think.
Read some objectivist theory. It wont hurt.
Have a good Friday!

Sin isnt something we "DO"...it is who we ARE...we SIN because we ARE sinners.
God sees all persons as sold under sin when they are born...and He has taken all the necessary steps in dying for you on the Cross, to reconcile you BACK to God and pay the penalty.
The Purpose of the law is to show you that you ARE indeed a sinner. Gods standard is PERFECTION...how many do you know who meet that standard? NONE...The bible says there is "NONE good, no not ONE."
So...we either trust in the Perfection and Performance of Jesus Christ on our behalf, or we remain in the sinful condition we were born into. No one needs to stay there...all you have to do is to BELIEVE what God says about the death, burial and resurrection of Christ as being all that was necessary to reconcile you to a HOLY God.
Believe and God will put Jesus test score on YOUR paper!
Thats the good news of the GRACE of God for all people today.

I dont have a religion most of my family is catholic but i found out at a young age that its not for me. nothing you named is a sin to me as long as you dont hurt people or make fun of those with problems and you are a good person i think you'll be ok. this is only my opinion but i dont think that God feels you have to go to a church or have a religion to pray and believe in him.

Yes, I would say that it is. Culpability is another question. If I come from China to america and inadvertantly say the "n" word because an american wanted to paly a joke on me, I will offend black people whether I meant to or not.

Well, from their point of view yes. If I go to another country other than my own, and break a law, am I not culpable? Could I say "What, in America we don't care about that type of thing!"?
In their eyes the "rules" are set, regardless of whether or not we believe in them.

Sin is something that religious people can do and be forgiven for. The rest of us make bad choices, take responsibility for them and try to put them right. It's called being a grown up.
