Depending on your local Health department rules, you will probably need stainless steel countertops, a dishwasher that will heat water to higher than 180 degrees. There may be codes for the type of flooring also.

well it needs to be stainless steel ,stove, fridge, and good soild work tops. two sinks, on small one ,one double
maybe even a tiled floor
and be up to code .ask your local inspector, to tell you what the code is
