im 16 and im thin.
i dont like being thin.(id like to point out that this isnt sum desien of easting disorder or self hate issues)
i have like a thin ribcage and find it damn near impossable to put on wieght.
its not that im weak im strong but r but its very lithe muscles and i just cant get big like say vin deisel i just stay like jet li type thing.
so anyway i was wondering if any1 has any workout tips as to how to bulk up.
with special attention to my chest.no matter wot i do (and ive bin working out constant for maybe a year)(not obsessive just suthin that ive always done) and my chest never really expands.
sorry its a bit muddles i just sorta write as i think and i dont genrally thing in order of chronilogical.
