GIMP is a good alternative to Photoshop. It is LEGAL and FREE. 95% of home user have no need for photoshop as photoshop is designed for use by graphics arts professionals.Gimp has what the other 5% need.

Adobe Photoshop isn't free ($800). Have you looked at Adobe Photoshop Elements (< $150)?

Of course there's a website. Adobe, but trial version only. Instead of asking questions, if you simply googled the names of the programs you want, you'd come up with the answer and link already.

You can download a free trial of photoshop from www.adobe.com. Windows movie maker is built into windows xp by default
