The god concept is logically impossible. The supernatural is a fanciful idea but there's no reason to believe in it.
I'm an atheist.

Tried to become a Christian when younger, tried for a few years but I couldn't really "believe"..I had too many questions that were never answered, well at least no answers that made sense to me. The way the world is today I see religion as more of a dangerous phenomena that hopefully will fade away in time.
I guess I'm an Atheist, even tho I don't feel the need to label myself.

actually, no. at the start, that's not all which desires carried out; that's reductionistic. Secondly, there are a number of theories of atonement, and you have stated in basic terms one. If i wanted to be stupid, i could desire to declare a techniques can't have "sense," because it relatively is blending actual function,, yet i know what you advise, and maximum Christians does not agree that faith does not make sense, or does not grant a perfect clarification. A Christian can state concept without utilising the be conscious Hell, yet you have asked the impossible by potential of asking that "Jesus" not be used, because it relatively is resembling asking a scientist to describe nuclear physics without putting forward atoms. although you have not suggested this, you have implied it truly is impossible to be Christian and have faith in evolution and that's not so.

Atheist. Agnostic in practice, depending on how you define the term. You will not get proof for the non-existence of ANYTHING, so why would you choose to declare that you are agnostic when it comes to a god's existence?

Agnostic....Just because no one including myself KNOWS what happens when we die.
Live life as a good kind caring human being and see what happens!
Hey Catholic Crusader, Stop stealing from the old philosophers and think for yourself. Oh and by the way if something has to cause everything then what caused God.....going by "your" (Actually Aristotle's) argument of motion???

Ex Christian - now a Pagan. Proof of the existence of God? Look in the mirror. Look out of your window. Walk through forest or woodland. Listen to the birds and animals. Listen to your soul.

Me? Freeform spiritual universalist humanist. Raised vaguely Methodist, but the family is black and somewhat Jewish on mom's side and all sorts of Carribean creole and southern baptist on dad's side, so I was taught early on to have a healthy respect for everyone's cultural differences. Everybody's gotta believe in something, yo. Everything is everything. Just learn to deal with your own sh*t because in the end that's all that really matters. If other people can't handle YOUR faith or lack thereof, which is a personal thing, then tell them to suck it and just go do your own thing.
Peace.....

Atheist. Not a hardliner, not a strict materialist, definitely a rationalist, but aware that human reason is limited in scope. But I refuse to believe that spiritual Truth consists in forcing yourself to accept notorious lies as facts. Just because such Truth is "trans-rational," that doesn't mean you reach it by believing in nonsense.

I wonder how anyone could be a "die-hard" agnostic. "Die-hard" seems to suggest the sort of committment made only by those who are absolutely certain.
