Well I am 5'4 and 100 pounds too and I am only a 34 A and I am very tiny. I would say a B would be average and a C a little on the big side.

There really is no average breast size based on weight/height there are to many factors on an individual to have an "average".
but if it helps... I'm 31 years old. I'm 5'6 and 97 pounds. i wore a 34B/C before kids and now I wear a 34A.

For someone who's 100 lbs, that could be big already. I mean, if you're a 34 B/C, then a large portion of your mass is taken up by it apart from your height making you really slender. Thus, it'll look big for you.
By why are you bothered by it?

Geez, I didn't realize there were so many walking skeletons around..
5'4" to 5'6" and 100 pounds or less?? Sorry, but that's borderline disgusting - are people starting to try to be Posh Spice now??
