The time frame I'm thinking of going is the end of the month. But I want to go take care of some business. I just don't want to go and find government offices closed. If you know please tell me the best time frame to go to Canada?

The only time in the next couple months when offices ect will be closed is remembrance day (november 11) and then christmas and stuff in december. actually, im not even positive if things close for remembrance day so look into it or else just go in october any time.

There are no other holidays in Canada in October (other than Thanksgiving which was on Monday, Oct. 8th). I would say any time from now until the end of the month would be a good time to go. Government offices will be open on October 31st.
Remembrance Day falls on a Sunday this year.
