Me and my sister are traveling and staying a week on November 15th to 19th.
We are wondering how could the weather be? Is it snowing already? What time is usually sunset and sunrise?
Any other information would be very appreciated ... Thanks =)

New York City weather in November can be chilly, but snow is unlikely. You may want to wear sweaters, a warm, windproof jacket, long pants, closed toe shoes, comfortable for walking and water-resistant, if possible you may find gloves or a hat helpful in keeping warm, especially at night and later in the month.

Average High: 54°F (12°C)
Average Low: 41°F (5°C)

it will probably be chilly by then, probably around the 50's or even 40's in farenheit. maybe snow, maybe not, probably not. sunrise is around 6 or 7 am, sunset around 5:30pm or so...
