i had the same problem, i had to have surgery so they could expand my bladder. make sure she uses the restroom before she goes to sleep and she doesnt drink anything 2-3 hrs. before she goes to sleep. that way her bladder will be somewhat empty. its good that your still with her and your supportive, ive had to go through depression from where people made fun of me. good luck. and wear a rubber. lol

Incontinence ~~ is sometimes brought on by stress and many other health issues, and it is NOT her fault and it is NOT gross! I have been a nurse for many years and I can say from experience that she could someday be free from this OVER NIGHT! if it is due to stress at home, if there are other reasons it may be something she will never overcome. I am POSSITIVE she did not wake up one day saying GOD I WISH I could wear diapers FOREVER! I think your an AMAZING GIRL for not judging her! Incredible for her to have a friend so relaxed and understanding, I wish there were more people in the world EXACTLY LIKE YOU!!! You understand in a way~~ that she cannot control this ~~~ What an AMAZING friend you ARE!!!! Don't be worried about waking up to a wet diaper, chances are she wears them just in case she has an accident. Incontinence is so embarassing and she just fortunate to be able to have a friend that doesn't judge her by her misfortunes. You truly are an INCREDIBLE FRIEND! One in a million!

Well if it didnt bother you, you would not have come hear to mention so maybe you should rethink that part of the question. These things happen they are medical issues. While it may be unusual for a 17 year old girl to have the problem she has it. Not only that she told you up front that she has it. Now you have two options. Go with it and dont let it bother you. Or be honest with her and tell her it does and dont go over. Cause if you sleep with her then tell her it bothers you, that just makes you an asshole. So be as up front with the issue as she was.

Seeing as you all are open enough to have discussed this in the first place, maybe you should broach the subject of Kegel exercises with her.
When peeing, she should stop the stream and hold it for a few seconds. Do this every time she pees. Throughout the day, she should do that tightening. Noone can tell and it really will help with control issues.

More than likely she'll wake up with a wet diaper..and since you said it doesn't bother you that she wears one.. what's the problem? She'll just get up in the morning and clean up, hopefully before you wake up.

I give you credit for not getting disgusted like most men would. It means you really like her...so kudos to you!
Chances are...her diaper won't be sagging wet. People don't pee buckets! And she's old enough to know when she needs to change her own diaper.
Whatever you do...don't make her feel weird about it. Just continue to not let it bother you and things won't get strange or uncomforable between you.

If you really love her then it shouldn't be a problem.
I hope that you were sensitive to her situation that must have been a big thing for her to tell you (think about how you would have felt)
The likelyhood of you waking up next to her being saggy I would say is slim.

I had this until I was 14. My close guy friend is 16 and just got over it. It happens. I took medication for it but I used to faint every time I took it, so I stopped with the pills and eventually got over it. Reassure her that it's all okay.

That does suck a lot and is really awkward. But if you love her you need to be supportive of her and try to ignore it. It has to be really hard for a person in her situation to trust someone enough to let that part of herself be known. Just keep your feelings for her in your mind and try to keep your eyes above the waist.
