For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: - Not of works, lest any man should boast.

A false Christian is one who 'believes' in Christ and yet depends, at least in part, on his own works for salvation. His 'good' works are the fruit of pride and unbelief. A true Christian is one who believes in Christ and does not depend on his own works for salvation. His good works are the evidence to living faith.

He sent his only begotten son to die for our sins that we thru obedience and faith might have life eternal with him. We are all saints who are true worshippers and followers of God's word the Holy Bible. walk in his footsteps...

Who (besides Mother Teresa) is nominated to become a Christian saint? please answer, it's for a report! Well, the Christians (aka the Protestants) have nominated Jerry Falwell, D. James Kennedy, and Ruth Graham, the wife of Dr. Billy Graham to become Christian (aka Protestant) saints.

I thought she was simply a kind but half-witted woman who helped some poor people in Calcutta (India).
She thinks I'm going to Hell because I'm Protestant so I have my doubts about her.
My god says she's rubbish, but he nearly got my arm shot off in the Falklands tweny five years ago so what does He know?(Sorry).

She will be canonized soon. Currently she is at the status of "blessed". Blessed Teresa of Kolkata may cross her last hurdle to sainthood if the Vatican approves a miraculous cure a Salesian priest claims he experienced on her 10th death anniversary.

Father V.M. Thomas says Blessed Teresa's intercession cured him of a stone, or calculus, in his lower ureter. The priest's doctors certify he had a stone 13 millimeters in diameter and was advised to undergo surgery. But the stone disappeared in an "unexplainable" manner after he celebrated Mass and prayed to Blessed Teresa on Sept. 5, the 10th anniversary of her death.

Blessed Mother Teresa of Kolkata is beatified, thus the title of Blessed. She should eventually b canonised or enter sainthood. I think Pope John Paul II should also b on the path 2 canonization; I dunno if he's beatified as of now.
