iv been using them for one day 1 tablet 3times a day and i feel better already.can i stop taking them or should i finish the course?

Always finish the course, otherwise the infection will come back. then it will become resistant to the antibiotic.

don't stop taking them. Finish all of the antibiotics as directed by the doctor. Even if you are feeling better you really need to finish all of them just to make sure. You do not to have a relapse and have to start all over with the meds.

You should always finish the course because the most stubbon bacteria will still be there, if you finish the course they should all be gone. If you finish it early if it comes back it may be resistant to the antibiotics. This is one of the ways antibiotic resistant bugs come about.

NO you MUST finish the course, you might feel better but your body won't have got rid of the infection or whatever it is completely until you have finished all anti-biotics. Don't stop them or it may come back

Finish them. Why do you think the doctor gave you so many? Because if you stop now, the infection will come back, and it will be worse. Take them now or you'll have to take more later.

Finish the course, if you don't the infection will come back and you'll soon be ill again. I know, it happened to me.
