This is not good. You should have gotten Antibiotic treatment immediately. It's very possible that this is gone into your kidneys. You're going to know more after you see your doctor tonight. You are not being paranoid, your body is telling you something is really wrong.

I just got over a UTI with the beginning of back pain exactly where you hurt in the right side. I called the doctor's answering service and had him paged because it was a holiday weekend and he called in a generic prescription to the pharmacist. It only cost $5.00 with my insurance and I started feeling better the very next day. I know you don't have an insurance card, but you can get the info that you need by calling your health provider and have them call in the info to your doctor. I think you might be okay if you start antibiotics right away. I caught my before it was too late. Good luck and hope you feel better soon - you must be in terrible agony!

UTI needs antiboitics you must have taken some antiboitic to avoid severe problems related to th e kidneys. if not adequately treated it can become chronic .Backache is a symptom of urinary tract infection. infection still persists and you must consult a dr (urologist)

if your going to the doctors tonight he/she will probably give you a stronger antibiotic or a longer course and tell you to drink plenty of fluilds so try not to worry to much.
