John 11
17On his arrival, Jesus found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. 18Bethany was less than two miles[a] from Jerusalem, 19and many Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them in the loss of their brother. 20When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet him, but Mary stayed at home.

21"Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask."

23Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."

24Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day."

25Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; 26and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Yes, I believe it. As the Son of God, Jesus has power over death and He chose to use it in the case of His beloved friend Lazarus.

This is a symbolic passage that reiterates God's power to bring life from death. That all of us will be resurrected in the end of days. Did Jesus really raise Lazurus from the dead? No. It's just an artistic way of demonstrating what God's power can do.

**Of course none of this matters, because there is no God.

Lazarus was not dead...only sleeping..He wanted Martha and those standing there.... to understand as Mary already did that he was able to raise the dead...then they would realize who Jesus really was.

"No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and any one to whom the Son chooses to reveal him." (Matthew 11:27).

I have to agree with lady phoenix on this. It's seems to be clear. Christ is GOD. Always has been and always Will be . HE is the resurrection. To have Christ is to have everlasting life. Now and beyond the end of time.

You're posting a lot of questions about relatively self-explanatory passages.

very simple- Jesus is life, and those who know Jesus have life, and those who do not know Jesus do not have eternal life.
