Ok, I used to sell all the different kinds of Jeeps so here I go!

The three buttons on the visor are for the Homelink system. Homelink is the ability to program each of those three buttons to control a garage door opener, remote lights in your house, or if you live in a "gated" community, to have it control the gate. Those Homelink buttons would take the place of the remotes for those different items. I can't exactly remember how to program the Homelink but it isn't difficult and you should be able to find the instructions online somewhere.

There are a number of different websites you can order a manual from of just go to a Jeep dealer, they should be able to get you one one way or another.

If your Jeep has a CD changer it should be located in either one of two places. One place might be in the rear storage area, hidden away in the molding on the passenger side next to the lift gate opening. The changer might also be located in the center console (arm rest). This is if your Jeep has one.

As for your sunroof problem, without seeing it myself, it sounds like a mechanical problem. You will probably have to get it looked at.

So, I hope my answers helped you out and GOOD LUCK!

You do not need a PCM. Its possible the two mounting screws have finally worked their way in and need to be removed and shortened 1/8 of an inch. There are many articles through Google that explain the PCM screw issue, but I had the exact same problem as you but with 213K miles. It was my Crankcase position sensor. Very common failure in higher mileage jeeps. You can confirm this by having the engine error codes read at an Autozone/mechanic etc. Other common causes are the accelerator pump and the plugs/wires. I suspect your crankcase sensor has failed though.

If it has one it would be under one of the rear seats

I highly doubt since its used that it would still have it though. I'm sure the previous owner removed it.

The three buttons on the visor are garage door opener buttons.

Sunroof is another issues, my JGC doesn't have one and I've never had a vehicle with one in it so I can't help with that one, sounds like a motor issue if its electric.
