EVERY DAY should be CHOCOLATE DAY!!!!!!!!!
...but if you're referring to Halloween, when all the little kiddies stuff themselves with hard-earned chocolates until they hurl on their Batman costumes, it is on a Wednesday this year, Oct. 31, same as always. : )
